1. Timeline of Accepted Returns

Purchaser has 30 days to return items in new or semi-new condition.

2. Method of Refund

Undergarments will not be accepted if worn. Should there be any problems with undergarments, a replacement credit will be honored upon approval for any undergarments that are non-functional or unwearable due to manufacturing issues.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used.

3. Product Condition

Items need to be returned in new or semi-new condition. Please read and understand that worn undergarments cannot be returned.

5. Charges

A small return credit, not to exceed $3 will be given on items for return shipping. A full credit for the item will be given once received and determined that the item is in new or semi-new condition.
